Ag Olympics 2008
Ag students are kept busy at Pratt Community College. There are several active student groups based in the agriculture department. The Block and Bridle club has had nationally recognized scholars for the last eight years. Members travel to national conference annually. The college rodeo team competes in the Central Plains Region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association, one of the top rodeo areas in the country. For those interested in rodeo, but not wanting to compete, PCC offers Rodeo Club which is a student group supporting the sport. In addition to these activities, the college also hosts several NACTA judging teams who compete nationally in quiz bowl, livestock management, crops, ag business management, ag mechanics and horticulture. Pratt Community College brought home national championships in one or more areas each year they have competed.
