Treatment of Personnel

With respect to treatment of college employees and volunteer staff, the President will not allow or cause conditions which are unfair or undignified.

Accordingly, the President will not:
1. Operate without personnel procedures which clarify personnel rules for staff, provide for effective handling of grievances, and protect against wrongful conditions.
2. Fail to acquaint employees with their rights under Board Policies 4-02, 4-03 and 4-04.
