The above pay schedule will apply to courses with seven (7) or more students. The pay schedule will be prorated for classes with less than the minimum number of students. Should class enrollment fall below minimum, the instructor shall have the option of canceling the class.

2. Mileage - No mileage will be paid for round trips of 20 miles or less. Trip mileage will be paid at the annually established college rate for all distances beyond 20 miles round trip.

3. Benefits
a. Employee will receive a free credit hour of tuition for each credit hour taught up to 3 credit hours per semester. The tuition award may be used by either the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family for any PCC & AVS class and are valid for one (1) year from the class start date for which is was issued. The employee will be responsible for any and all fees and expenses beyond the tuition remission (e.g. fees, books, etc.). Tuition remission is not authorized for EduKan classes or for classes taken from another institution.
b. Employee will receive two (2) season tickets to Pratt Community College basketball games during each academic year employed.

4. Class Cancellation - The Administration reserves the right to cancel class offerings due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons as deemed necessary.

5. Exceptions – The administration reserves the right to negotiate payment for hard-to-fill teaching positions.
