Credit by Examination

Students whose prior education and experience has allowed them to attain knowledge and proficiency equivalent to that ordinarily attained by enrollment in a college course may apply for credit by examination from Pratt Community College. The college’s credit by examination procedure must be completed including payment of the established examination fee. Students who pass the examination may petition to have a “P” grade entered on their transcript upon payment of tuition for the course. The college determines the appropriate examination.
