Lady Beavers Go 1-3 in Pratt Tournament

The Seward County Lady Saints won the Pratt Softball Tournament for the second consecutive year defeating Northern Oklahoma in the championship game Sunday. 

Baseball Drops Series with Barton

The PCC Baseball team dropped a doubleheader at Barton County on Sunday.  The Beavers lost 15-3 and 15-10. 
 

Baseball Drops Two at Barton

The Beaver baseball team dropped a doubleheader at Barton County Community College on Saturday.  The Beavers scored single runs in the first and second innings of the first game, and Barton answered with a run in the bottom of the second to make the score 2-1 after two innings. 

Pratt and Coffeyville Partner for Electrical Technology

Coffeyville Community College and Pratt Community College are partnering to provide Electrical Technology at the Pratt campus. Students will enroll with Coffeyville for technical instruction and with Pratt for their general education courses.
 
Coffeyville will hire the instructor through grant funds; and they will be housed at Pratt. The lab facilities and classroom will be provided by Pratt.
 
Students enrolled in the program will study Residential, Commercial, as well as Industrial Wiring. The curriculum will consist of 10 months of classroom and lab experience with an additional four month internship.
 
The program is anticipated to begin Fall 2010.
