Tractor Safety Training

PCC is working with K-State Research and Extension to put on a Tractor Safety Training Saturday, April 24. This safety course will involve four counties, Pratt, Barber, Stafford, Kiowa and surrounding areas.
The class will be taught be Rod Stewart, Ag Power Technology Instructor. It is designed by K-State for 14 and 15 year-olds to operate Ag equipment safely. The curriculum includes both classroom instruction as well as driving. Upon completion the student will receive certification to operate Ag equipment as an underaged driver.
The training will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Ag Power Technology Building on PCC's campus. The cost is $20 for sponsoring counties and $25 for all other counties. For more information contact your area Extension Office.
