Tractor Safety Training

Saturday, April 24, 2010 PCC is worked with K-State Research and Extension to put on a Tractor Safety Training Saturday, April 24. This safety course involved four counties, Pratt, Barber, Stafford, Kiowa and surrounding areas.
The class was taught be Rod Stewart, Ag Power Technology Instructor. It is designed by K-State for 14 and 15 year-olds to operate Ag equipment safely. The curriculum included both classroom instruction as well as driving. Upon completion the student was certified to operate Ag equipment as an under-aged driver.
