PCC Summer Academy
Pratt Community College is hosting a Summer College Start Academy June 1, 2 and 3. The academy is for 2010-2011 high school sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Over the three days, the students will get to experience college life at PCC. Academy advantages include: an educational opportunity for diverse students in south-central Kansas; the opportunity to meet other students, including PCC student leaders; the ability to participate in interactive sessions and demonstrations on academics and technical education; gain leadership and team building skills; stay on PCC’s campus; experience College-level learning and life skill development; and gain community service skills.
Application forms are available through your high school counselor or by clicking here. There is a $100 registration fee, which includes meals and lodging.
Each student will receive a 1-credit hour of college credit, a $500 scholarship to PCC and a T-shirt. For more information contact Pratt Community College at (620) 672-5641.
