Oral Interpretation School Tour

The Pratt Community College Oral Interpretation class was awarded a grant from the South Central Community Foundation in Pratt. This grant allowed the class to prepare and present poetry, prose and participative theatre in two elementary schools in Pratt. The class visited Kindergarteners at both Southwest and Haskins Elementary schools in November. The grant also afforded the group the ability to give books of children's poetry to the classes they visited. In the spring, the theatre department plans to further use this opportunity by visiting more classes!
