So, you've made it, you are at long last a Beaver.  We are so glad you are here!  If you need anything to make your transition to college life go more smoothly, feel free to call our Student Services Office at 620-450-2217.  Along those lines, listed below is some of the most often request information and links to important processes.

In order to notify you as a student of school closure due to severe weather or any other emergency situation on campus, it is imperative that you provide the requested information on the AlertNow form.

To add or drop a class, please visit office 51, pick up an add/drop slip.  It is important to follow the procedures, which can be found here as well as when you obtain the form.  Please provide the requested information and return the completed document within 5 days to office 51 to have it processed.

Getting ready to graduate?  You need to sign up by filling out the Degree Completion form.

 Before you walk across that stage, you will need to take the CAAP test.   This can be arranged by contacting Amanda in Office 55 or amandaa@prattcc.edu or call: 620-450-2156.

To send your PCC transcript to the university of your choice, please download the Transcript Request form and return to the Registrar's office by one of the following methods:

Mailed:  Pratt Community College, Transcript Request, 348 NE SR 61, Pratt, KS 67124

Dropped Off:  Office 51

Faxed:  620-450-2282
