5 More Added to the 2012 Recruiting Class

Coach Thompson was excited to add 5 more recruits to go along with the already strong 2012 signing class. The 10 incoming players will hopefully be able to step in right away and pick up where the strong outgoing class left off.
 
Tatiana Grant - Madison NW - the Milwaukee native is her high school's all-time leading scorer and an all-state Wisconsin selection her senior year. Tati will hopefully fill some of the scoring that was lost from last years group.
 
Samantha Fernandez - Academy of the Lakes - Fernandez is a point guard from Tampa, FL. Sam's quickness and ballhandling will be a great assets as the Beavers lost all 3 PG's from last year's squad.
 
Aneshia Brooks - Mt. Pleasant - Aneshia is a hard-nosed guard from Texas who should fit right in with the Beavers plan of being more athletic in the upcoming season.
 
Olivia Wilkerson - Junction City - Wilkerson comes to the Pratt after a year red-shirting at Cowley. Olivia is looking to make the most of opportunity and is a versatile guard who can play the 1 or 2 for the Beavers.
 
Jessie Murphy - Anthony - Jessie is an in-state player who should be able to add great work ethic and character to the 2012-13 team.
 
These 5 players are added to the 2012 Class that already included 5 in-staters: Maddie Pendry (Newton), Elle Stein (Spearville), Jasmine Benning (Topeka), Kari Devlin (Gardner-Edgerton), and Sausha McPherson (Wichita NW).
