The Kansas Oil and Gas Industry is currently seeking qualified workers. Pratt Community College in conjunction with the Kansas Independent Oil and Gas Association (KIOGA) and the Kansas Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Board, delivers and develops workforce training for the oil field industry. PCC is here to help train workers in safety practices, and other skills to help qualify them in the field. The college offers several classes and training sessions to accomplish to teach these skills. This training is provided at no cost to the worker.
