Requirements:

• Kansas boy or girl who has participated in an American Legion sponsored Shooting Sports program in the Sate and Regional levels
• Must be an average or better student scholastically
• Must be a high school junior, senior, or college level freshman
• Enrolled or plan to enroll in an approved junior college, college, university, or trade school located in Kansas
