Kelley Maydew rejoins the PCC volleyball team after a three year absence. Kelley moved to Pratt in 1994 with her husband and began to coach volleyball as the assistant coach. For several years she held the position of assistant volleyball and assistant softball coach. In 2001, she became the head volleyball coach, but after a short three year term as the head volleyball coach she chose to let the reigns go and return home to take care of her family.

Kelley is a graduate of Manhattan high school in Manhattan, Kansas, and also a graduate of Kansas State University. Kelley played volleyball for four years at KSU, graduating in 1989 with an interior design degree. After graduation, she married Troy Maydew and they moved to St. Louis, MO, where Troy went to optometry school.

Troy and Kelley moved to Pratt in 1994 with their 4 month old baby boy and have been involved with the community ever since. Troy has a successful optometry business and they have three beautiful children, Payson 14 yrs., Jenson 11 yrs., and Kierson 7 yrs. old.
