Dee Hill is entering her eighth season as Pratt Community College's Assistant Softball Coach. Hill, originally from Colo., graduated from Brighton High School and played tennis at Mesa State College.

Hill got her start in coaching softball when she served as an assistant coach for her husband, Ron, at Colorado Northwestern Community College. During her tenure at CNCC, Hill worked with the position players.

As an assistant coach, Hill brings a lot to the field, not only with her coaching ability, but with her athletic training background and love for marketing of the team and players.

Hill earned her bachelor's degree in recreation and leisure management from Mesa State College. She is currently the Activities Director for the Pratt Recreation Department.
