The PCC Women's Basketball Team played their most complete game of the season in handing Cowley Community College a 61-42 defeat on Sunday at the Jayhawk Shootout in Coffeyville.
In the first half, it was defense, as the Beavers held Cowley to 4 of 23 from the field for a 17 percent shooting performance. In the second half, Pratt lit it up on offense, shooting 50 percent on 12 of 14 from the field. Liddy Friesen had a double/double in a big way, with 20 points and 14 rebounds. Ashley Scroggins chipped in with 10 points and 7 rebounds. As a team, Pratt outrebounded Cowley 46 to 37, and committed 21 turnovers to Cowley's 23.
