PCC Men's Golf began the 2008 Spring Golf Season by finishing tied for 4th place out of 10 teams at the Central Christian College Invite on Monday and Tuesday. Kyle Brands was the top Pratt finisher with a two day total of 152, good for 11th place overall.
Other top finishers were Brett Loeffler 154 (12th place), Dylan Vogt 155 (13th place), Andrew Hoover 157 (16th place), Brett Patterson 162. Ryan Ford carded a 170 and Ryan Walton had 174.
"I thought we came back strong on the second day," said Head Coach Jon Bishop. "We did not play well in this tournament in the fall. We were only 2 strokes out of finishing 3rd by ourselves and probably would have accomplished that w/ a little bit better weather, but we'll take it and move on to our first KJCCC Tournament next weekend."
