The 2008 PCC Volleyball Team took time out of their preseason practice schedule to spend Tuesday helping paint houses for Habitat for Humanity tornado relief projects in Greensburg. The eleven team members volunteered after former PCC Trustee Phil Farmer approached Coach Hall about the project.
"This was our second full day of practice," said Coach Hall, "and I couldn't think of a better team bonding exercise than participating in such a worthwhile project. Our players gained an appreciation for the amount of effort it takes to complete projects like this, as well as how productive cooperative effort can be. I think we gained a great deal beyond our own personal team building agenda."
