Cari holds a PhD in Education with an emphasis on Post-Secondary and Adult Education from Capella University and holds a Master of Science in Education with a specialization of Training and Performance Improvement, also from Capella University. She believes that education and learning is a life long process and is very passionate about my role as a facilitator, mentor, and curriculum developer.
