Grew up in Greensburg, Kansas with 2 older brothers. Worked at the rural hospital there for 10 years (8yrs Nurse Aide, 2 yrs RN) then moved to Pratt in 1999. Worked at Pratt Regional Medical Center for approx 15 yrs, mostly in Maternal-Newborn. Taught in the PCC Nursing Program for 10 yrs and have been in the Dean position for 6 1/2yrs.
I am married to Mitch and have 3 amazing sons, Curtis (age 20, PCC grad, now at KSU), Colin (age 13), and Drew (age 10), and a beautiful stepdaughter, Kaley (age 17).- Favorite Quotations

Plan early for Nursing Program admission. Meet with a nursing advisor, ideally a year in advance, to develop a plan of study. The Nursing Program will challenge you to be your best, as we have high expectations for students. We all want quality nurses caring for us!
